Get Involved with Harvest Labs
Built in collaboration with the people already doing the work.
Harvest Labs is being built collaboratively. If you’re already doing good work, or want to be part of something that supports it, we want to hear from you.
Before you decide how to get involved, you might find it helpful to understand how Harvest Labs is designed to function for different communities.
For Producers & Growers
Harvest Labs aims to support small-scale producers by reducing barriers to processing, preservation, and product development – without extracting profit from their labor.
Potential opportunities include:
- Shared equipment access
- Pilot processing support
- Educational collaboration
- Community visibility
For Educators & Workshop Leaders
We believe the best programming comes from people already doing the work.
If you’re interested in:
- Teaching a skill
- Co-hosting a workshop
- Piloting an educational idea
- Partnering on a program
Harvest Labs is designed to support you, not compete with you.
For Organizations & Community Groups
We are actively seeking partnerships with:
- Local nonprofits
- Student and academic programs
- Extension and education initiatives
- Advocacy and community groups
- Local clubs, collectives, and interest-based groups
You don’t need to be a formal organization to collaborate – shared goals and thoughtful ideas are what matter. Partnerships can range from one-time collaborations to ongoing programming.
For Community Members
You don’t need land, a business, or a title to belong here.
If you’re interested in learning food skills, supporting local systems, or participating in community-centered programming, Harvest Labs is being built with you in mind.
